ATI Nursing Education [please apply online] is now hiring for a client executive sales representative that will be responsible for selling our industry leading e-learning products into Nursing Schools within Colorado, Montana, Utah and Wyoming. We are looking for a competitive sales representative to manage a large territory, develop sales strategies, attract new clients, and close business to achieve and exceed sales quotas and goals. Responsible for managing, and supporting client needs including, support, service, solving problems, identifying risk, and maintaining large client base. This is a remote position with travel within the territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies prospective and existing client needs and potential solutions through research and analysis
  • Forecasts sales opportunities for assigned territory
  • Develops, manages and maintains a consultative relationship with clients
  • Engages support resources effectively
  • Demonstrates ATI solution functionality through tailored presentations to client organizations
  • Territory management and organization
  • Maintains current knowledge of Industry trends and changes, ATI Nursing Education solutions, the competitive landscape, and market drivers

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years field-based solution sales experience
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a quota-based sales environment
  • Experience working with a CRM preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen & time management
  • Self-motivated and driven toward goals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications and social media
  • Strong relationship building skills, ability to problem solve and work within a team environment
  • Strong organization, communication and listening skills
  • Proactive, accountable, driven, and ambitious
  • Ability to travel to in-person client meetings within the assigned territory, will include required overnight travel for success in the role
